Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov sent a letter of condolences to the Foreign Minister of Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov on crash of civilian aircraft which resulted in death of many people. In his letter Elmar Mammadyarov expressed his heartfelt grief and offered condolences to the families and relatives of those killed in the air crash.
