No:488/24, Press release on the participation of Deputy Minister Yalchin Rafiyev in the Manama Dialogue Forum

On 6 December, the “20th Security Summit – Manama Dialogue Forum” began its work in Bahrain. Diplomats and representatives of security and military structures from nearly 50 countries of the world are participating in the Forum.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is represented at the Forum by Deputy Minister Yalchin Rafiyev.
Y. Rafiyev participated in the panels held within the framework of the Forum, including as a speaker at the panel on “Energy partnership in the Middle East and Central Asia” organized by the Young Leaders Programme.
Within the framework of the Forum, Y. Rafiyev is also expected to hold a number of bilateral meetings.
The Forum will continue until 8 December.
