Speaking about the 9 initiatives put forward by our country jointly with international partners and organizations in the field of combating climate change, the Minister stressed that there is broad interest in these initiatives and that numerous countries have joined them.

Despite the systematic smear campaign conducted against our country under groundless claims and the pretext of being an “oil and gas country”, it was noted that COP29 was successfully implemented and made an important contribution to efforts to combat climate change.
Minister Jeyhun Bayramov also provided detailed information on our country’s renewable wind, water and solar energy potential and the works carried out in this direction in the liberated territories.
