On 18 March, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, met with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Mohammad Ishaq Dar, within the framework of his visit to Saudi Arabia.
The Ministers exchanged views on the regional security situation and recent geopolitical developments and emphasized the importance of de-escalation in the Middle East and ensuring stability.
During the meeting, issues of expanding bilateral cooperation, as well as strengthening coordinated action within regional and international platforms were also discussed.
The sides also exchanged views on other bilateral and regional issues of mutual interest.
