The Republic of Azerbaijan reaffirms its support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia and does not recognize the so-called “early presidential elections” held on 15 February 2025 in the Abkhazia region of Georgia, as well as their results.
Azerbaijan supports the peaceful resolution of the Abkhazia issue in accordance with the norms and principles of international law.
