On 14 February 2025, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Marko Đurić within the framework of his participation in the Munich Security Conference.
During the meeting, an exchange of views was held on issues on the agenda of the Azerbaijan-Serbia strategic partnership, including regional and international security matters.
The importance of high-level visits, as well as the existing friendly relations between the leaders, in the development of the Azerbaijan-Serbia strategic partnership was emphasized.
The ministers discussed prospects for the development of strategic partnership relations in the fields of economy, energy, high technologies, transport, culture, humanitarian affairs, education, tourism and others, and expressed mutual interest in expanding cooperation.
Ongoing mutual support for each other’s territorial integrity and sovereignty within the framework of regional and international organizations was noted with satisfaction.
During the meeting, other issues of mutual interest were also discussed.
