On 1 March 2024, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov, on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on current issues on the bilateral cooperation agenda between the two countries, as well as on the current regional situation.
Minister Jeyhun Bayramov informed the other side about Azerbaijan’s peace efforts, as well as the current state of the peace process and Azerbaijan’s perspectives.
During the meeting, the sides also discussed other issues of mutual interest at the bilateral and regional levels.
