No:051/25, Press release on the meeting of Minister Jeyhun Bayramov with Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, African Integration and Guineans Abroad of the Republic of Guinea Morissanda Kouyaté

On 15 February 2025, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov met with Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, African Integration and Guineans Abroad of the Republic of Guinea Morissanda Kouyaté within the framework of his participation in the Munich Security Conference.
During the meeting, opportunities for cooperation between the two countries in the fields of economy, trade, education, humanitarian and other areas were discussed.
Minister Jeyhun Bayramov stated that mutual visits and contacts between the two countries contribute to discussions on the prospects of bilateral as well as multilateral cooperation.
In particular, the importance of cooperation in the field of education, scholarship and exchange programs in the development of contacts among youth, including between our peoples, was noted.
The importance of continuing cooperation within regional and international organizations, especially the United Nations, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the Non-Aligned Movement, was emphasized.
During the meeting, an exchange of views was also held on other issues of mutual interest.
