Issuance of a Certificate of Ownership Share in the Common Property of Spouses
Required documents:
- Marriage certificate;
- In cases where divorced individuals (former spouses) apply, the certificate of dissolution of marriage;
- In cases where the surviving spouse is issued a certificate of ownership share in the common property of the spouses, the death certificate of the deceased spouse;
- Application for the issuance of a certificate of ownership;
- Personal attendance of the applicant and the identity card of the citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Personal attendance of the applicant and, for foreigners and stateless persons permanently or temporarily residing in the Republic of Azerbaijan, documents prescribed by law confirming their identity.
State Fee: 10 (ten) US dollars
Unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, notarial acts shall be performed on the day when all required documents are submitted and the state fee has been paid, as well as when the necessary information is obtained from information systems.
