No: 295/26 Press Release on the Telephone Conversation between Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye Hakan Fidan

On 27 June, a telephone conversation was held between Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye Hakan Fidan.
During the phone call, issues arising from the Azerbaijan-Türkiye alliance relations, the agenda of the existing strategic cooperation between the two countries, as well as matters of mutual action and coordination within the framework of international and regional organizations, were discussed.
The Ministers, emphasizing that high-level political dialogue and mutual support between the fraternal countries form the basis of bilateral relations, noted the importance of continuing close cooperation going forward in all areas of mutual interest.
During the phone call, an exchange of views was also held on the existing security situation in the region, the processes taking place in the post-conflict period, and the steps taken towards ensuring regional peace and stability.
