On 28 May 2023, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov made a phone call to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov.
The Uzbek Minister conveyed his sincere congratulations on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan and wished the independence of our country to be strong and lasting.
During the telephone conversation, various aspects of brotherhood, friendship and strategic partnership relations between the two countries were discussed. The high potential of bilateral and regional cooperation opportunities between our countries was emphasized.
Minister Jeyhun Bayramov expressed his gratitude to his Uzbek counterpart for the congratulations and expressed confidence that large-scale relations between our countries will further develop.
