On 14 April, a telephone conversation was held between Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran Hossein Amir-Abdollahian.
During the telephone conversation, the ministers discussed the current situation in bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Iran.
The sides stated that it is possible to continue negotiations and, if necessary, to carry out bilateral visits.
The ministers also conducted an exchange of views on regional issues.
