No:223/23, Press release on the suspension of consideration of the principal claim document filed by Armenia against Azerbaijan at the International Court of Justice

On 21 April of the current year, the Azerbaijani side officially submitted to the International Court of Justice its preliminary objections to the principal claim filed by Armenia against Azerbaijan within the framework of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.
In connection with the aforementioned preliminary objections of Azerbaijan, the International Court of Justice suspended the consideration of Armenia’s principal claim document.
